project life 2013 : week 21

 It's week twenty one and I really love this project.

Week of : May 20 - May 26.

 What happened this week? Woke up to a very light snowfall at our house on Tuesday.  We bought some vegetable plants to go in our garden (they stayed inside for two days where it was warm by our living room window).  McKenzie wanted me to start making her a different sandwich for her lunches.  McKenzie had a school Orchestra concert on Wednesday.  We planted our vegetable plants Saturday morning.  McKenzie had a small orchestra concert organized by her violin teacher.  Matt started planting his pumpkins.  He is taking a different approach this year and putting the seeds directly in the ground instead of starting them in our green house (which he took down and put in raised beds instead).

 I used a Becky Higgins Design H page protector because I had extra photos I wanted to add.

 Close up shot of journaling on these 3x4 cards.

 I love adding this yellow (See, Hear, Taste, Touch, Smell) card every once in a while.

 Added some journaling onto some card stock and then cut it to fit and rounded the corners with my corner rounder.

Added some journaling around this 3x4 photo.  I like using this technique a lot.

Week of : April 6 - April 12.

It's week nineteen and I am still loving this project.

 I took a photo of Callie's art work she gave me for Mother's Day and added journaling in the negative space.

 It's week eighteen and I still love this project.

 Adding letter stickers to photos is still a favorite.

Week of : April 29 - May 5

copied this idea from Elise Blaha Cripe's project life album.  I had this ampersand sticker on hand.  Love it!

 Added text and a simple number sticker.

 And I still love adding text directly onto photos.

 I added an insert this week.  It's a project life Design I page protector.

 The back side of that Design I page protector.  I had a circle punch and some craft cardstock on hand and I just added text on top.  The tab was made from Washi Tape and I used a pair of scissors to cut out the "V."
